“Say Hello, Jell-O! if you are wobbly on your gelatin basics or want to firm up more ambitious recipes. Victoria Belanger is mistress and matriarch to the league of extraordinary gelatin.”
My Jello Americans

“Victoria elevates Jell-O to an edible art form. Colorful, creative, and full of taste, her recipes are an inspiration for every occasion.”
Peter F. Pracilio, grand prize winner, Jell-O Mold Competition

“Belanger is a professional photographer who brings an artist’s touch to gelatin-based desserts. …this is a welcome addition for its breadth of coverage and suitability for a wide audience.”
Library Journal

“…charmingly retro recipes…”
Time Out Chicago

“…the prospect of a rainbow layered jello mold, with alternating layers of fruit and cream gelatin, is too enticing. The creamsicle and grasshopper pie recipes sound just as good as the original desserts they are based on.”
Seattle Weekly

“Two thumbs up!”

Mark and I are enjoying the news of your success, and the fact that as a true Southern female from Southwest Virginia-Jello was frequently on the table at least one meal a day and is therfore in my genes.
