I love this recipe! Made it with leftover champagne from New Year’s this year. Question, how would I alter the recipe if I wanted to make a nonalcoholic version of this for kids? Thanks!
Normally I would sub ginger ale for champagne but it would be up being all ginger ale. You can use and equal amount of non-alcoholic sparkling cider or some other favor of soda, however you may want to reduce the amount of sugar by half a cup or so if you are using extra soda which is already pretty sweet.
