My sister Kateri sent me this Lobster mold and I wanted to use it right away so I made a lobster jello for yet another Scorpio birthday, Jacob’s. This orange jello lobster with pistachio D’gari jello base is actually a remake of the original jello made for the party that did not turn out looking quite as expected.
In addition to Jacob’s birthday, the party was also to celebrate Hoover’s one year anniversary of living in our Brooklyn neighborhood of Greenpoint. To commemorate the occasion I made him these little green points of pineapple jello died green with vodka and topped with sweetened condensed milk.
Too cool. I just found you on flickr and bounced over here to your blob. Love it!
All of these are most impressive, and you’ve earned your honor as queen of all things Jello in Brooklyn. Thanks for dropping by my blog, and I hope you took no offense of those who mistook Miss Edie for a rat. When will you make a video of her subway adventure?
