Better than green beer and just in time for St Patrick’s day I made this fun, green jello. The bottom layer is lime with vodka and the top layer clear gelatin with lime green maraschino cherries suspended throughout. Happy Wednesday everyone!

I love how the cherries look as though they are white, at first glance I thought they were mints!
By the way, have you seen this work boot chocolate mould on Etsy? I have no idea if you could use it for jello, but wouldn’t it be fun experimenting with it?
