I ordered a baker’s dozen of these little molds specifically for this jello recipe. Instant coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and Kahlua make up these small but very rich mini jellos topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. The recipe for this will appear in my new book.

Where did you order those beautiful little moulds from? I’m a pastry chef in London and Im just getting into making jelly. Didn’t know there were so many blogs about it. I like your blog.

I found those molds on Ebay, which is a great place to find all kinds of molds. Also check Etsy.com.
Good luck!
