Watermelon is the perfect compliment to summer and this sweet and tangy jello mold delivers on refreshing summer flavor. Reminiscent of the watermelon Italian ices you remember from the ice cream truck or the pool snack bar as a kid but with an adult twist. It is made with fresh watermelon and tart lime juice with a little splash of vodka for an extra kick.
