Recently I took the Jello Show on the road to my sister Kateri‘s in Minneapolis for my niece Sydney’s high school graduation party. My sister found this sunflower mold at a thrift store and had it waiting for me. Jello’s popularity in the mid-west has never wavered since the 60′s and that was evident by its enthusiastic reception at the party. For the event I made this mint chocolate chip ice cream jello topped with sweetened condensed milk. Thank you Kateri and Congratulations Sydney!

I love this blog! It’s fantastic. I’ve been following it for awhile and it’s inspired me to make my own jell-o creations! Great work!
