Thank you to Flossie for giving me a whole collection of Jello molds she accumulated from the thrift stores of Virginia. This shell shaped mold was among them. It reminded me of those little chocolates from a box of assortments that lingers around long after Christmas and after your New Year’s diet has begun.  So I created this milk chocolate jello with roasted salted macadamia nuts and a splash of Irish cream.

  1. Is chocolate gelatin like Jell-o chocolate pudding? I’m just trying to imagine the consistency.

    Your recipe sounds delish!

    • Yes, its like a stiff pudding, creamy yets keeps it shape.

  2. This is my birthday Jello! Love it. :)
