Scorpio Birthday season continues with Lans’ birthday. For the occasion I made this cherry jello with rum, topped with pineapple.

This looks delicious! How do you keep the pineapple from preventing the jello’s set?

I used canned pineapple. The enzyme that is in fresh and frozen pineapple that keeps the jello from setting is processed out of the canned pineapple.
