Here you go!
2 (3 oz) package of orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 (11 oz) mandarin oranges drained
In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring for two minutes until gelatin is filly dissolved. Immediately add sherbet and stir until smooth. Add oranges and pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
